Refunds, Exchanges and Customer Credit

To expedite your request, please contact Customer Service through our Contact Us link and indicate the reason for your return. Failure to contact Customer Service prior to retuning your merchandise may delay the processing time for your request.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date or will be denied by the corporate office and full responsibility will rely directly on the customer for the purchase amount. No refunds or exchanges will be granted exceeding 30 days of the order date EXCEPT for pre-order items. Pre-order items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Merchandise must be un-altered, and must have all tags.

Final Sale Items

Items cannot be returned for refund, exchange or Customer Credit.

Return Policy

Paul Booth Brand allows a standard 30-Day Return Policy on all items, except for items noted on the sale page as Non-refundable or final sale. Our return policy is 30 days from the date of your order, except for pre-order items. Pre order merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. This allows our customer to feel confident in their purchase, as we are committed to providing customer satisfaction that exceeds our competitors. The original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund, and any order offered with special shipping charges is subject to a deduction of our actual outbound shipping costs.

Merchandise must be un-altered, and must have all tags.

Any Merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.

Return Merchandise

Returns must be approved by Customer Service by selecting the Contact Us link. Please provide a detailed explanation for the return and if you are seeking a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be un-altered and must have all tags. All returned merchandise will be subject to inspection and of the sole decision of the corporate office if deemed not eligible for refund, or exchange as a result of not meeting the terms outlined above.

Exchanges are limited to a one time replacement for the same product. If the product is not available a refund will be issued.

Return for refunds

Refund will be issued for the original payment method (i.e. Credit card,) minus a handling & processing fee of $5.99, and shipping which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt of merchandise and satisfactory inspection of the return item(s) as outlined in the return policy.

Customers may select the refund in the form of a gift code valid for 90 days for future purchases. If a gift code is selected vs the original form of payment, (i.e. Credit card/debit card,), the handling fee of $5.99 will be waived. 

Return for exchange

Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of merchandise and satisfactory inspection of the return item(s) as outlined in the return policy. The handling & processing fee and the shipping cost will be waived for all exchanges.

Customer Credit for Sales and Promotions:

Request for credit for sale or promotional items listed, after your purchase date, must be made to the Customer Care department within 5 business days of your order date. Price adjustments are only made on current promotions. We do not offer credits for pricing adjustment for merchandise of 15% value or less for items already shipped. Credit will be issued in the form of a gift code to be used for future purchase and valid for 90 days, EXCEPT for pre-order items. Credits for pre-order items will be issued as a refund. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.

Customer Gift Code (s) for credit

A result of a recent dispute or inquiry, will be issued within 3-5 business days from Customer Care email confirmation and will only be valid for 90 days.

Cancelled Order

Will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment if the order is cancelled prior to being shipped. If the order is cancelled after the items has been shipped, customer will need to follow the instructions listed under the Returns for Refunds Policy.

International Returns

Please follow the instructions on the return policy. You must return your items within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Shipping Policy

We will ship via UPS and other premium carriers including express delivery to ensure expedited service. Customary shipping rates will apply and may vary. No deliveries will made to a PO Box or APO address.

Undeliverable Merchandise 

Courier service will attempt to deliver merchandise, original order or replacement merchandise, for up to 3 attempts at which point the merchandise will be shipped to the fulfillment center marked undeliverable. 

New and refundable merchandise returned undeliverable to the fulfillment center will be automatically considered a returned merchandise and a refund will be issued for the original payment Method (i.e. Credit card,), minus a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
